FANTASTIC 4 SCOOTER COMPETITION

DEFINITIONS OF DIVISIONS AND ELIGIBILITY

In order to maintain a competitive and fair environment, we have established rules that will help ensure that riders compete in their appropriate division and with riders of equal or like ability. This doesn't apply to the Pro division since there is no higher division.

In order to maintain a fair and equitable competition between all competitors if a rider is clearly and significantly better than everyone else in that division, then they will be given the opportunity to move up to the next division. If they refuse to ride in the division they have been moved to, then they have the option of withdrawing from the event and their registration fee will be refunded.

Riders need to be familiar with and understand the divisional eligibility rules as they are  intended to foster rider growth and fair play throughout our competitions. Our sport is very subjective and in its early stages of development so uniformed and structured rules will endeavor to add structure and maintain a fair and equitable playing field for all. This will also include changes as needed to maintain a fair competitive environment for all.
